“I don't even know where to start with explaining how amazing Nicole and her assistant Katie are!! I knew from the beginning of wedding planning that I would be able to pick out vendors that I wanted but I had so much anxiety over making sure everything came together, and that is where Pretty Peony Planning came in. I did the day of coordination package, but it was so much more than just "day of" assistance. Nicole reached out about 2 months before the wedding to get all my vendor information so she could contact them and make sure everything was set to go for the big day and created an amazing wedding day timeline. We had a total of 3 zoom calls and after each one I remember getting off the laptop and telling my fiancé how ate ease Nicole made me feel. From our first call I instantly clicked with her and could tell what a genuine and amazing person she was. Aside from those zoom calls we exchanged multiple emails and text messages in which her timely replies were always consistent. Her experience shines through when she brings up things to think about that you had never even thought of. They also attended our final meeting at our venue along with our rehearsal so everyone knew we were all on the same page.

The day of the wedding, Nicole came to my getting ready location and made sure we were running according to the timeline and chatted with the vendors that were there. She helped clean up our space so we could get to the venue on time. Once at the venue she made everything I envisioned become a reality. No one knew how to put my veil on and Nicole came to the rescue putting it in and securing it with bobby pins since it was a very windy day. Nicole & Katie also bustled my dress for me so that my very pregnant maid of honor didn't have to bend down and allowing my mom to continue socializing with guests. I could continue going on and on about how amazing they are forever. If you need a planning team or are on the fence....just hire Pretty Peony Planning.. you won't regret it. “I hired Pretty Peony for day of coordination for my 9/30/23 Wedding. I met with Nicole 3 to 4 time prior to the wedding to go over the vendors and details. Right from the first meeting I knew they were going to be a great fit. I was able to email them in between meetings and get responses timely as well.
On the day of I had Haleigh and Alex as the lead and assistant coordinators. I couldn't have been more thrilled with the experience I had with them. I dropped off all of my decor in boxes and they worked their magic with minimal guidance from me. Haleigh sent me pictures of her set up to approve and they did an amazing job! I didn't have to change a thing.
During the ceremony and reception, they were with me every step of the way. They made sure everything went off without a hitch. They always made sure I had everything I need including food and drinks.
The also took care of the cleanup, breaking down all the decor and packing it up for me so we could easily load it up after the reception ended.

“I could go on and on for days about Nicole and Haleigh…they were truly my best friends my whole wedding weekend. Their sweet, down-to-earth nature and unwavering patience truly stood out. “Nicole was a gem I actually found through Facebook while worrying about my wedding day. As my day-of-coordinator, she was able to bring my stress levels down as we approached my wedding date. On the wedding day, she had a crew of three amazing individuals helping her set up, decorate, and manage our special day! All events were properly planned and on schedule, but we also were given times to breathe and take a break. While I felt like we could never sit down, Nicole's assistants were fantastic at providing us with food, water, and spirits. Tables were bussed, rental items were inventoried and taken down for pickup, and the extra work of ALL of this didn't fall on us or our bridal party. Nicole and her assistants were also amazing at decorating the backyard based on very little detailed instructions from me.
